We are all human beings equal in order to size, language, shape, color, food, and physical and biological needs. We are all witnessing each other successes and failures. I just want to take you back at your 20-year age to 30 years of age time span, where we were struggling, planning, and trying to do something for our future life period. We had seen that some of our peer groups become civil servants, some could be doctors, some could be businessmen, some could be judges, some could become nothing, and those who did not get anything good according to their thought that some may be stolen all those things which are their dreams, which is their fate, they probably criticizing the system, parents, friends, for their own failure.

There are a lot of general criteria, but what I want to point out those elements which are necessary to change your story when you will an adult and reach your maturity. Parents' educational and exposure really matter fact and the logic behind the first thing which I mention here is they will be with you until or unless you may not cross your eighteen years of age, so they can guide you according to their education and exposure of their life experiences. What I have seen that middle-class families (educated -not educated ) want that their children should be educated, reason might be they want to change their social class, for instance, middle to upper-middle, poor to middle class, even though they never ever bother to realize one thing that those whom may has an elite class title never ever think like this, because they are rich, not due to higher qualification and god jobs, they are rich because of some things.

Exposure parents -well-educated families -an elite class people -rich people know how things revolve , in what age of their children, which things they must have to provide to their children, how to motivate and teach their children not what they should not do something wrong , they probably teach their children how they did in their life , what they have achieved , even though they have a lot to tell them as compared to those who may belong un-educated -poor-unorganized-family system-even those parents did not know what education their children get , after that what will be the result, because they did have exposure and go through these level , they just heard about education that is the reason they recommended, even maybe they heard from these class which I earlier mention.

What lesson these two classes giving to their children , it actually replicates their children direction , for instance, the second class eventually put so much pressure what they have to do , always criticizing to their children that their friend's son /daughter has the highest marks as compared to them, do not go outside, do not make friends do not use a cellphone after class must go to extra tuition for getting good grades. I m paying you more than my worth for sake of your future only. As consequences, their children trying to do all things which they forbidden by their parents , they could be bum , dally, or maybe indulge in different unethical activities like drinking , smoking , sexual addiction, and abusing , or it might be possibile to get a good grade but do not know where he can use these grades , or even do not know which direction they must choose in term of subject choosing because their parents cannot guide them properly so would be always confused , less confident.
As for First class people, they have a proper plan to design their children live according to their children desires , they guide them about Goals , target , objectives, strategy to become competent in their life , they might be never ever forbidden their children for anything , they know it will give them confidence in the society which is more necessary to cash their own self, degrees , status in the real-life market.

If we want to achieve anything anywhere in our life , the first thing we must have is a dream, then an action plan to achieve those dreams, always understand and keep in your mind dreams without goals is just dreams, we must have goals , it works like power force , it will draw your direction.
