The definition of anxiety and depression itself has been a concern, when we feel uncomfortable, anxious, distressed, nervous, restless, tense, panic, feeling high alert in some situations called Anxiety. It's empirically proved by much of researcher in their study that every human being on earth can be trapped one time in anxiety and depression situations during their life.

A lot of people ask their doctors and elders why they have such stress problems? I personally meet a lot of people from different subcontinent and regions During my exposure I found that this question is the key concern for all human beings on earth.

Most of us believe that "there is more stress right now in our life  ever than before "

I found some key interesting indicators of why people feel and have a myth that they are undergoing a stressful situation. I did research on that during my own inspection of this matter,i found that it's a complete illusion which we are creating by ourselves. So I'm optimistic and believe that everyone who is reading this article will get an answer and solution for this matter, in order to get complete liberty from this illusion and disease.

So let's focus on some key indicator that makes us stressed.

 1-The factor is financial

we feel anxiety and depression whenever we think about our financial situation in our life. It is the main human concern when they reach the maturity stage. The main question of concern is where I do get money for my family. Along with this question, many thoughts revolve such as "We don't have enough money to pay home rent bills and other expenses. Some of my other thoughts like I want to buy a big house, and Libs digital services cars, so I don't have enough money. As we know human beings never be satisfied whatever they have income level at the time they wonder about money.

2-Relationships

The second most common factor is stress in our relationship. So every one of us has a relationship like a parents and children relationship, husband and wife relationship, siblings and other relative relationship. Mostly in my own view is a husband-wife relationship most complex relationship that often causes stress in our daily lives. Each partner wants his/her husband /wife to follow his/her direction. Why is my wife not serving as my friend's wife, why she doesn't want to understand me and vice versa wife has an expectation like her husband as a result it keeps going until and unless one of among not dies. 

How children cause stress in their parent's life. As we all know children are the way of happiness in parents' life but have we ever thought about what happens when children do not act upon their parent's advice? what happened when children poo right after her /his mother changes their diapers? what happens next when their children fall in love with someone who is the most inappropriate person on earth( according to their parent's thoughts ).

3-Career and development 

It is also the main cause of concern for us to think about our career regardless of its nature. if we are an entrepreneur our main concern is wanting to expand and grow our business revenue. How we can be richer than before. How we can increase more customers for our business. If we are employees how we can get a higher position, higher salary, and higher responsibility.

4-Health

Our health is the main of concern when we get older a lot of health issues arise with the passage of time. We want sustainability in our health but it never comes so, therefore, we use a tremendous amount of steroids, multivitamins, products, wrinkle creams therapies, and surgeries.5-

5-External environment 

The sixth is external environmental factors which could be political, environmental, law and order situation, crime ratio, growth, and economic opportunities situation of a particular place where a person living, for instance, a city or country.

There are a lot of people who have the wrong myth and perception about a place it is not because the place is actually bad, It is only because of person personal own failure and negligence. Every person on earth wants to declare other things for their own failure regardless of facts and figures.

For example, if we do not get an education, do not gain any skills, or do not have inheritance property then what we will do is start blaming others for won failures in life. So how we can blame other things like people, systems, and their place. Place and external environment are the same for everyone, might be the same place your known person has very good business. Or might be one of your friends in the Army,politics, engineering, doctor, or judiciary. Is this not the same place for them.

5-Enough things want to do 

Everyone wants to much do in an average of sixteen years of a lifetime. So people desperately changing their jobs and business nature very rashly. Everyone wants to become rich quickly. Everyone wants that "a lot of income should come into their bank account without doing any physical hard job in their life. Everyone wants they have a luxury office,./she sits in front of the computer and enjoys their job. So when normal people see that someone gets richer and richer, it reflects and provocates other people to change their field and skill level. It is a normal human being reaction and somehow justified but people who they are inspired consider something and put it into undervalues. So when they see the result of their decision they took and thought that if they change their skill and their field result they might improve their income level or position. It is not happening and it is not according to their own pre-evaluation judgment then they are frustrated. There is a lot of factors involved in their defeat but the most important factor is they do not consider the time and experience of other people They want the quick result of their activities and decision. It is not happen in reality. Most  People do not evaluate the time and experience of another person. Experience never comes by making a decision, it comes with time and consistent efforts.

6-I'm not where I should be 

the idea to consider this factor becomes a reason to cause stress and anxiety in our life because of its involvement in our daily routine life.

Everyone at any stage of their life at any position whether it getting enough money or not he/she might be helpless to say by themselves own self and others that I am not where I should be. It is an interesting phenomenon of human thoughts, it is not because we are doing too much and doing a hard job. It just because of our thought process asking you that you are doing too much as compared to your manager/owner /friends/colleagues. So people never ever understand that it's just thought, it will continuously revolve around your mind until/unless we do not give reason and respond to your thoughts by logical facts and reality.

Normal construction workers do a very hard job as compared to a person who is sitting in his office. So we have to respond in our thought inactive manner to protect ourselves from possible depression and cause anxiety.

These are all possible factors and reason which cause stress and depression into our normal life. Now we know precisely know the actual root cause of this disease.

some harsh realities of our lives are we have some robust pre-visualization,pre-direction,pre-imagination .pre-desires in our minds in terms of how our lives look like to be, it may be about my partner should be thought this way which I imagine. We want to be financially strong in this position at least with the level of income. My children must do this. My offspring must fall in love with such type of person. This universe and its population must look like. So what is this, it all of our own illusionary creation.

Our entire life in reality "truly attempts to control some parts of environment nothing beyond ".we want to control some factors of our life. what we want to do is "control" when things are pretending to be in our control we feel satisfactory but when it goes voice versa it teasing us and provoking us to take action. So if want to know the realities. We can check our past decision and action in which we will clearly determine we just want to take some control.

Keep remembering one thing in your mind "you don't have, we don't have and will be controlled ever. "so don't try to be in control of these factors. Every year financial institutions like the world bank WTO, IMF forecasting their financial and social goal and objective but every year they failed to achieve these targets.Even though they have the cream of expertise.When these institutions having a bundle of expertise and resources failed to control how we can control things with fewer capabilities and resources. So if we think that we have control somehow on something then be we have the wrong myth and illusion about it.  Soon or later we will discover human beings just want to control everything because humans are created, not God. 

See the world history about wars, climates, technology, invention, globalization, world population, HDI disease HIV, Cov19. Are human beings not created and done for control? should be we have control? 

We are doing and discovering something for solving any problem then later we realize that it creates another problem for us. It is a puzzle that we never ever can resolve.

The process of making filters into your mind is very easy. When thoughts are coming to your mind, we know it makes us depressed, it sure be negative make a filter on it and give an answer to your thoughts by contrasting thoughts, positive thoughts, reasonable justification, and changing the way of perception. It may feel difficult to understand let us take an example 

Your mind thoughts saying that your girlfriend /boyfriend always switches off the phone ring when he/she is with you, These thoughts continuously provoke you to take action, you must check your phone, or make heck data of your girlfriend.

Let's answer these thoughts and calm of your mind 

No, because he/she wants to give me time so therefore he /she wants nobody can disturb us when we are together.

you can make your own filter according to your mind and depression level or you can say it according to your negative thought that irritates you, you have to answer them in your mind, please don't let them alone otherwise it will make you more depressed. I will discuss here a few general filters which you can use whatever and whenever thoughts are coming it may protect you and make you calm after using it, I assure and guarantee you, it will solve your problem.

1-FILTERS

Good things bad things happen who knows

Always use this phrase as a filter in your mind even say it in front of negative people who say you following thing you are a foolish person, you did nothing in your life and will never do anything good in life? you are such a terrible person these bad tragedies just happened to you? You are curse nothing else? why you are not rich and successful as compared to your childhood friend? Maybe your mind repeats this person's and his word several times. Mind will ask you how he said this to you when you know he is all of this and you not. Then you must respond to your words. If you don't get an appropriate answer then

You just have to repeat this phrase "good thing bad thing happened who knows best"

We can use this phrase in positive matters also. In life, something happens to us at the time of happening we thought it is terrible but when you look upon it after the passage of time you can sure say that was really pretty good, so something happened to you passed at the time of happened you thought it's terrible now look back say actually pretty good why we are hurry to label anything bed happened to now. Is there any possible way in which x years could turn into now pretty good?
If you understood then you may assure yourself what bad happened to you now, soon and later would be pretty good later.

2nd Filter 

Forget about Goals Enjoy the journey 

Our teacher and all motivational speakers taught us to set goals for our life then come set of action plan to accomplish these goals We humans spend half of our life to set goals and then half would be passed to accomplished these goals. So where is happiness? so if I accomplish my goals in life then I feel life is a blast, if not then life sucks. Goals are important because they set your direction, when they set your direction, please 

"Forget about goals" so don't even think about them instead put all of your emotional energy in order to achieve these goals in your life.
when you do that two things happen you actually start to enjoy the journey. The journey is the only thing we have destination is a mirage you get there then off play itself.

People want to climb K2 and Mount Everest. Did we observe how much time we spend on top of these hills? Few minutes or half an hour. We climbed up there our buddy may take a picture of us, we take pictures of our buddy then finished. So the main thing is a journey, not just a goal. Because either we achieved our goal or not it does not matter. How much we learn when we are trying to get our goal .How much we grow and improve.

"The journey is the only thing  you have and  when you invest in the process, not the outcome you enjoy the journey "

The more you passionately going to enjoy your journey more the probability you actually reach your goal.

If you achieve your goal wonderfully if you do not achieve your goal wonderfully. The mistake which we are all making this thought if we do not succeed to achieve our goal it would be terrible. It is false, it gives you stress remember what I mentioned earlier you do not have control over the outcome, you never had/have and will control.

The benefit of this approach is an advantage for you in growth that happened when you try your best in order to achieve your goal whether or not you reached it really does not matter. you have been already benefited from growth that occurs as the person you go that is we miss out. It not about achieves the goal, it is how you develop as a person grow as you try your best you do that by investing in the process, not the outcome.


Third Filter 

Whether we shall meet again I know not:

We always remember one thing is a key solution to your all depression and problems, you never have/had and will control. So always be kind, humble, pass soft words to each other, and smile because who knows anyone not anymore today or tomorrow, rather than thinking this thought at the time of departure from this universe that alas! I should let them know about my feelings and how much I love her or them, every day thousands of people die in front of us, so one day we could be one of them, so why not live each of our days with this thought this could be last day of our life "whether we shall meet again I know not "

I know it is very difficult for all of us to carry this thought with this density all the time but it is possible to live with this thought and density some of the time. when you do that it has transformed and given new life to your relationship.

Fourth  Filter 

Feed Humanity, not the devil 

The idea is the devil and humanity inside all of us regardless of color, religion, culture, or ethnic values difference which we owned. Our daily lives are comprised of small deeds and things think about every day whether you feed the evil or humans by our actions.

Do we not see everyday human beings is dying from hunger, poverty, and negligence, who are not dying from this negligence dying with each other guns and weapons? 

"It is our job to selectively identify and find the feed humanity, not a devil. If there is no possibility for you to feed the humanity part of yourself self then feed the devil less. When you do that humanity will be stronger, when you feed humanity in everybody then your humanity can befriend other people humanity magic happens in your life and in the world.

Fifth Filter 

Is this a journey I want to take, is this a place where I want to spend the time. 

we are all us going on a journey, there is one journey that is very long and we were born, we are going to die. we are born alone and we will die alone that is a massive journey for every single person one of us at some stage of that journey.

We all have different stories of our lives. We all have regrets, We all have sinned, we all have problems, We all have greed and curses. when we already know that all we have is this dark face. Don't you think

we don't have?

Why we don't look upon ourselves to find and identify these mysterious, suspicious, devil parts for correction rather than look upon each other to correct them?

Conclusion 

I may try hard to focus on all parts of life where we are all somehow wrong, same sens addresses all positive parts where we are all helpless to cause reason to each other depression and anxiety. If we adopt the lens which I mention in the entire article believe me your life would be transformed and improved.
